There are plenty of reasons for concern these days. Therefore, many are well aware of what panic attacks are. People worry about financial instability, fear for the well-being of loved ones, and fear difficult situations in life.
Instructions
Step 1
Panic attacks are always spontaneous. Most often people 20-40 years old are susceptible to them, and women experience panic attacks more often than men. Such attacks are not uncommon these days. Their signs include: lack of oxygen, adrenaline rush, increased feelings of anxiety and fear, chills and fever, nausea, dizziness and trembling hands, loss of reality.
Step 2
Panic attacks can occur due to one circumstance or for a number of reasons. The main ones are situations accompanied by strong emotional experiences. For example, these include conflicts with loved ones. Spontaneous anxiety can occur due to loud sound or very bright light. A person who is in direct sunlight for too long is also prone to anxiety attacks.
Step 3
Smoking, alcohol, excessive physical activity, hormonal medications, gynecological procedures, prolonged stay in tight spaces - all these can cause panic attacks.
Step 4
Sometimes sudden attacks of anxiety occur for no apparent reason, but they are completely safe for both life and health.
