Step 1

Mental properties are the result of brain activity. The psyche is formed in the process of life and assimilation of culture. It includes interaction with people, with nature, the ability to react, sensations, feelings. The psyche cannot be set by some parameters, it is constantly improving. In order to understand your psyche, you can pass several psychological tests, thus, understand yourself, assess your abilities, see where behavior can lead in certain situations.

Step 2

The psyche is divided into phenomena. Science knows three types: mental state, mental processes, mental properties. They are all interconnected. One of the weaknesses of the psyche is addiction. If a person is addicted to nicotine, alcohol, drugs, has any phobias or is influenced, then the psyche is weak.

Step 3

Manifestations of mental weakness are also reflected in restless sleep. Let's say a person has seen enough horror films at night, after which it is difficult for him to fall asleep and has nightmares all night. In a similar way, such a person perceives external troubles and stimuli. There is constant anxiety, experiences that affect everyday life and sleep.

Step 4

Each person is able to influence his psyche, if he has strong volitional qualities. Otherwise, the person is doomed until death to have an underdeveloped psyche and to be exposed to external influences on it. Although if you look at the concept of the psyche from the other side, it will be clear that a person ceases to be considered mentally normal when his behavior and thinking begins to go beyond the generally accepted norms. For thousands of years of human existence, certain rules have been developed, breaking which a person immediately receives the stigma of mentally abnormal. Perhaps the person is individual, willful and does not want to accept the rules imposed by society.
