Autumn is the most depressing time of the year. The holidays are over, the sun is showing less and less, the day is getting shorter, there is eternal slush outside the window. But it is possible and even necessary to fight the autumn depression and blues.

Instructions

Step 1

Start with your appearance. If you feel beautiful, charming, sexy, then no autumn depression is terrible for you. If after the vacation you have not yet had time to go to the beauty salon, do it right now - the time has come. Tidy up your nails and hair. Despite the fact that open sandals will have to be put in the closet for a long time, this is not a reason to refuse a pedicure.

Step 2

Autumn is a great reason to update your wardrobe. The approaching cold will not scare you so much if a beautiful, fashionable and warm coat is waiting for you in the hallway. Do not neglect accessories - in rainy weather, a bright umbrella or an exquisite handbag will help to cheer you up.

Step 3

Walk often. If you spent a lot of time in nature in the summer, you should not give up this habit with the arrival of autumn. Autumn is a beautiful time of the year, but we rarely see its charm in the bustle of the city. Therefore, dress warmly, take your camera and basket with you and go to the forest for mushrooms. You will rest, breathe in the fresh air, take many beautiful photographs and perhaps pick mushrooms for dinner.

Step 4

Relax with your family. When it is raining outside the window, the mood usually falls. Arrange for yourself a holiday, spending time with loved ones at home, or organize a noisy party and gather all your friends in a cafe.

Step 5

If you don't want to see anyone, it doesn't matter. This also happens to everyone. Allow yourself to rest in solitude. On a chilly autumn evening, it is especially pleasant to crawl under a soft blanket with a cup of hot chocolate, listen to your favorite music or watch films for which there was no time in the summer.

Step 6

Don't mess around. Often depression and blues can cover you just when you are not busy with anything. Therefore, if you feel that your mood is falling rapidly, do something pleasant or, even better, useful. Paradoxically, sometimes washing windows or general cleaning of the house can save you from depression.
