Recently, people have increasingly begun to notice that emotional tightness is a serious problem. They stop communicating normally with people and express natural emotional experiences. Hence a number of problems: an unpleasant inner sense of self, lack of confidence in their abilities, problems in communicating with people and, as a result, forced loneliness. Most likely, the reason lies in the congenital personality type and character traits, or is it an acquired trait. What needs to be done for people who want to be liberated and become self-confident individuals?
Instructions
Step 1
First, decide what you want to change in yourself and find out the sources of problems. For example, ask yourself the question: Do you always communicate freely with unfamiliar people? Probably no. It is also possible to cope with this situation if the true motives of this cause are determined. There are many reasons for fear: the emergence of difficulty in choosing a suitable topic for conversation, fear of appearing funny or stupid, a small vocabulary, complexes about appearance, etc. Only when you understand the problem objectively can you find ways to fix it.
Step 2
In order for a person to relax and become more sociable, you need to gradually master the means of communication with people around you: both verbal and visual: facial expressions, gestures and body language. Try to make your speech more emotional, exciting and relaxed. This will be a sign of feedback for the interlocutor and it will be more interesting for him to communicate with you. Remember: the eyes are the mirror of the soul! When talking, do not lower them to the floor, but look people in the eyes and maintain a stately posture. If you are not good at it, then it is worth practicing in front of a mirror with your reflection. And talk as much as possible by training and developing these communication skills. This method will definitely help you to loosen up.
