Whole personality is a stable expression denoting a harmonious person who knows how to set goals and knows how to achieve them. But a person, like a diamond, must be cut. So, in order to organize yourself, you need to set a goal, and then overcome obstacles on the way to its realization.

Step 1

Psychologists believe that a whole person is independent in actions. She takes responsibility for what is happening: she does not attribute the victory to herself and does not blame others for all the troubles. She also has willpower, is able to control her behavior. Has decided not to drink - does not drink. I quit eating sweets in the evenings - not an ounce of chocolate after six. And the whole person knows that tomorrow everything may be different. You need to be able to change and adapt. This is called adaptability. Although, in fact, an integral personality is an ideal that every person should strive for, developing such qualities as self-discipline, poise and constructive attitude.

Step 2

The search for a personal mission is a starting point that will help an immature person to cut off the unnecessary and acquire the necessary properties. If a person is aware of the purpose of his existence, his life is filled with meaning. The goal is a dream, an inner deep need for self-realization, and not the tasks that the environment imposes on a person. For example, parents want their child to be an outstanding artist, and he dreams of soldering radio parts. The boss sleeps and sees how to mold a promising manager into his own deputy, who actually dreams of starting his own business, but the habit of justifying other people's expectations does not let him go. It is important to separate the inner from the outer and find the willpower for future achievements.

Step 3

As soon as a person leaves the comfort zone and decides to act independently, he takes the first step towards organizing himself as a mature person. A clear goal disciplines the mind, builds willpower and forms new habits, a circle of acquaintances, a style of work and communication. Goals and objectives can be long-term or short-term, more priority or less. But it is important to remember that flexibility is one of the most important characteristics of a mature personality. Sometimes it is impossible to achieve a certain goal: this is how circumstances develop. In this case, an immature person suffers from neurosis until the end of his life, and an organized and mature person says: "But I was interested!"
