Write down all your positive qualities on a piece of paper in a column. Then in another column all your talents. You need to write out everything, not missing more than one trifle. You may be great at tying your shoelaces or making paper boats. It doesn't matter how much your talent is in demand in society today, it is important that you have it.

Now read what has been written, if necessary, complete the list and follow your feelings. You should feel fulfilled. After all, you have a lot of positive qualities and different talents.

Hang this list over your desk in your home. Be sure to reread it every day and supplement it as needed. This simple practice will help you regain confidence in yourself.
Step 4
The following technique should be done every night before bed. You need to write down your achievements for the day on a piece of paper. Include anything you do very well here. It could be a successful driving school test and a perfectly fried chicken for dinner. Praise yourself for every thing you do and go to bed. After a few weeks of practice, your attitude towards yourself will change. You will become a more confident and successful person.

The following technique is based on visualization. It should be practiced every morning, barely waking up and not getting out of bed. This simple technique will give you a boost of vigor and confidence for the whole day. Imagine that you are becoming a very big person, one might say, a giant. You literally grow before our eyes, you become taller than the surrounding people, houses, your entire city. Try to imagine and feel it as clearly as possible. Stay in this meditation for a few minutes, then gradually visualize yourself as ordinary. This exercise helps you feel more meaningful by influencing your subconscious mind.
