Instructions

Step 1

Don't live on one purpose. If you devote all your time to your goal and constantly think about it, then you are missing the present moment. Remember to live in the present, what you already have. Otherwise, when you reach your goal, you will not be satisfied or completely disappointed. Sometimes people set too serious goals, devote all their time to them, and in the end they do not realize them, and life passes by. Learn to appreciate what you have in the present, of course, take time to achieve your goals, but do not forget to enjoy what you already have.

Step 2

Learn to take breaks. Spend time with family and friends, relax, socialize, enjoy a cup of hot cocoa, admire the beauty of nature. Do not think that the time you have spent with pleasure is wasted, know that it is in these moments that you truly live.

Step 3

Do not take today as another step for tomorrow. Every day is a new opportunity to change something now. The future does not yet exist, and you cannot fully manage it, but today it depends only on you. If you manage to become happy on this day, but in the following days you will have such an opportunity.

Step 4

Don't put it off until later. You may now think that you are not worthy of it at the moment. However, you didn't even try. The right time will never come, and if you want to live in the present, just go ahead and do it.

Step 5

The frantic pace of life makes you constantly think about the future, about things that need to be done, about problems that may lead to unpleasant consequences in the future. Take a break from this. You should not go into business with your head and forget about the current moment. Indicate in your schedule a time when you will not be in a hurry, but allow yourself to enjoy momentary pleasures for which you do not always find time.
