To learn this, try to evaluate each event from the point of view of the mind, see the possibilities inherent in it, observe how it affects your life.

A philosophical attitude to life from the outside may seem too apathetic, completely uninvolved, but this is not so. The philosopher always observes the world with curiosity, but does not always allow himself to act. It is very important to learn to take everything that happens for granted, as an object of observation and study, avoiding excessive emotional reactions and assessments that still do not lead to anything good. To do this, you can try to perceive your life as a movie in which you are both an actor and a director. This will allow you to remove the redundancy of emotional reactions, to correctly prioritize in your life.

The philosopher can divide all events in life into two groups. He can influence the first, but not the second. If there is no way to influence the event, the philosopher will not do this, deciding to remain an observer. This removes vanity and meaningless actions from his life, making it more measured and calm.
