There is no escape from age, and a moment comes when a woman suddenly realizes that "the years take their toll." But I don’t want to put up with it! But youth is not only a calendar age, rather, it is a state of mind, and this state can and should be extended. There are at least five ways for this.
Instructions
Step 1
Give birth to a "late" child. Even if you already have adult children, having a baby at the age of about 40 will make you feel not a “grandmother” but a “young mother”. You will again plunge into the atmosphere of children's interests, joys and problems. In addition, a woman who has given birth to a child at a “late” age seems to turn on a “program” that mobilizes the forces of the body, both physical and mental, to take care of the baby.
Step 2
Making friends with a woman much younger than yourself. Such friendship will be useful for both: you can share with her life experience and wisdom acquired over the years, and she will add youthful energy and a bit of recklessness to your life.
Step 3
Marry a man younger than yourself. A woman tends to psychologically tune in to her partner, so such a marriage will allow her to feel younger. In addition, you will want to be interesting to your man, to attract him, and this will serve as a powerful incentive in order not to stop taking care of yourself.
Step 4
Get a job at a school, college or other place where you will have to communicate a lot with children and young people. You will be "infected" from your pupils with vitality and youthful enthusiasm. In addition, such work will allow you to always be aware of what modern youth lives, their interests, views and aspirations, and this sometimes helps a lot to reconsider your own, slightly "outdated" outlook on life.
Step 5
Allow yourself to do something not only for the sake of money, but also for the soul. Favorite work awakens interest in life, stimulates activity, and just brings a lot of pleasure. And joy and satisfaction with yourself and with what you are doing are the main components of spiritual comfort.
