Walking in a forest, park or square will be enough. Coming home from work on foot along a short, but not the most picturesque route does not count, you need positive emotions, and not a walk along the road or through garages. Although, if you build a route along beautiful streets with comfortable sidewalks, pack your sports shoes and clothes, and in your bag you will have a thermos with tea, then such a trip home will undoubtedly be beneficial. It is still worth sticking to the diet, otherwise, along with the way out of prostration, you will get a lot of extra pounds. And again you will fall into this state, but for a different reason.

And when your condition has stabilized, it is important to understand and find the reasons in order to prevent the occurrence of prostration in the future, that is, to set priorities in your life correctly. You need to be friends with friends, and solve your psychological problems with a specialist.
