One of the reasons for the bad mood is the dull autumn landscape. Especially sad nature is in October-November, when the trees have already dropped colorful leaves, and outside the window there is rain and mud instead of the sun and bright greenery. Fool the fall, add bright colors to your life, buy a beautiful colored scarf, a new houseplant, or a pair of red shoes. Bring some summer into your interior, print a few vacation photos and hang them on the wall. Bright accents will delight you and push dull thoughts to the background.
In the fall, we do not have enough light, speed up the apartment twilight and buy more powerful lamps. You can supplement the main light source (chandelier) with several sconces or fluorescent lamps. Candles and bedside lamps will set you in a romantic mood and add coziness to your home.
Review your diet. Add more vegetables and fruits to it, and start taking vitamins. “Happy” products - chocolate, citrus fruits will help to improve your mood. And what is autumn without a cup of hot aromatic tea? Pamper yourself by purchasing several varieties of good quality teas from the specialty store.
Movement is the enemy of blues and discouragement. Go in for sports, no matter what kind, the main thing is regular activity. During exercise, the body produces a "hormone of joy", which tones the body and mind and helps to feel happy. If your health condition does not allow you to go in for sports, just walk more often, this is also very useful, fresh air dispels bad thoughts.
Another way to deal with the fall blues is to change your activity. It is not at all necessary to quit a profitable job and start writing poetry or baking pies for sale, it is enough to find a hobby for yourself, sign up for some new courses, or do charity work.
