Most often, this is the necessary strength of spirit and determination, it always seems like just a little freedom - and we will rebuild ourselves the way we want! But the world does not always obey our desires, everywhere and everywhere we are surrounded by circumstances that do not allow us to feel free. It is impossible to change something in yourself under the pressure of circumstances.

Step 1
Set aside a week during which no one and nothing will bother you. Write down everything that you would like to change in yourself. Often, what people want to change in themselves is inside them, and not outside, because it is inside you that the reasons that make you feel the way you feel.
Step 2
Take a pen and paper. Plan out every day and every hour you spend alone with yourself. What have you always lacked, what did you want to do? If you cannot shape it in the here and now, postpone the week of changes until you can clearly articulate your desires.
Step 3
Get up early every day of the week, the best time is half past seven in the morning. After getting up, drink some liquid and start your morning exercises. Two to three times a day, including in the morning, you should do sports or endurance exercise.
Step 4
Devote the rest of your time to your development. Use tasks to develop logic and imagination. Time not occupied with body exercises should develop thinking.
Step 5
Eat in moderation and go to bed no later than eleven o'clock in the evening. It is most preferable to use a diet that is not rigid, but develops self-discipline.
