Intuition is often equated with the paranormal, but this is not entirely true. An intuitive decision is based on the unconscious aspect of our personality and often turns out to be correct: after all, the subconscious mind remembers and knows more than the consciousness.
Intuition is tacit knowledge and is based on sensory images. This amazing feeling can be developed in yourself with the help of simple exercises.
1. Live in reality
Log out of social media and immerse yourself in the world of live communication. Play with animals, walk in the park, hang out with friends, live life to the fullest. Pay attention to the little things around you. In order to awaken the sixth sense, the previous five must first wake up.
2. Learn to understand people
The development of your intuition largely depends on how well you feel people. Learn to recognize the language of emotions, devote time to it every day. For example, try to understand what happened to your friend before she tells you about it, or learn to determine the mood of people by voice. It's easy with close friends and acquaintances, but what if a stranger's voice is on the phone?
3. Train your creativity
Standard forms of creativity, such as singing, drawing and sculpting, have been familiar to us since kindergarten. So it's time to move on to a harder exercise: visualization. Imagine a lemon. Imagine how it lies in your hands, how it smells, feels, and finally tastes. Imagine him in every detail, as if he is really in front of you. If your brain reacted with a sour taste in your mouth, then the session went well. Practice this exercise every day with different objects as visualization objects.
4. Meditate
To hear your intuition, you must feel peace in your head and heart. Nothing calms the mind better than meditation. It will also allow you to learn to better perceive both the environment and the inner world. By tuning in to the right wave, you can better feel the sensations in your body, and at the same time their root cause - emotions.
5. Start using your intuition now
Give a message and get a response from the outside world. For example, try to guess which bus will arrive first at the bus stop from which you get to work. Scientists believe that with the help of such training, the brain is more likely to learn to make the right decisions. You can also keep a special diary in which you will track your "intuitive progress". Write down your predictions there, which came true and which did not come true.
6. Become an expert in your field
So that your intuition in work matters does not let you down, you need to be very, very qualified. Study new information every day. Learn as if your life depends on it. And in one moment you will understand that you know your field of activity on an intuitive level.
