Like sight, hearing, taste, touch and smell, intuition is inherent in everyone. The only problem is that not everyone knows how to listen to their inner voice. In such a situation, it makes sense to develop intuition.

Before you start developing your intuition, you need to clearly understand how it works. This process is directly related to consciousness and subconsciousness. Consciousness is a part of the mind, with its help a person thinks.

Scientists also call consciousness the ability to reproduce reality in the process of thinking.

It is quite easy to trace the work of consciousness. When various thoughts begin to arise in the head, it means that a conscious process has turned on. In turn, the subconscious is the area of vague, not entirely conscious thoughts, ideas, emotions. All this is outside of human consciousness, but it has a strong enough impact on the life of the individual.

It is in the subconscious that all the fullness of knowledge necessary for making the right decisions is contained. It is able to give unexpected answers to any, even the most difficult questions, and offer non-standard solutions to problems.

Psychologists call the channel of communication with the subconscious intuition. In other words, in order to develop it, you need to trust your own subconscious and try to accept all of its answers. Still, it is almost impossible to get information from a source that you deny with all your might.

On the other hand, only a self-confident person can fully use his intuition, since low self-esteem will not allow believing in the possibility of making the right decision, generating one doubt after another.

A person who does not trust himself is unlikely to listen to his own feelings and intuition.

To develop your intuition, you can try starting small. For example, asking yourself clearly formulated questions, and then trying to answer them without hesitation. It is best if they suggest simple or monosyllabic answers. Write it all down on paper, and then check it with reality.

During this exercise, try to keep track of all your intuitive sensations - emotions, tingling, heartbeat, and so on. Even if they have nothing to do with this problem.

You need to understand that intuition, like the subconscious, does not stop working for a minute. Often, her answers are calculated several steps ahead, so it is not so easy for a person to interpret them at once. The moment will soon come when you no longer need to ask questions. Replies will come by themselves immediately.

You can also try to walk with your eyes closed to develop intuition, but for this exercise it is best if there is another person next to you who will help protect you from danger during this test. Go out onto the lawn or into the forest, blindfold. And start walking forward. At first it will be quite difficult, but soon you will intuitively begin to bypass all the bumps and puddles.

For daily workouts, an exercise called "watching TV without sound" is suitable. Turn on the news channel, turn off the sound and, looking at the announcer, try to guess what the story will be about. Just do not try to lip-read, otherwise the whole point of the exercise will be lost.
