Eat right. It turns out that even food can help fight the disease. Plant foods should be preferred. And foods containing caffeine, as well as spicy, fatty and salty, are best excluded from the diet, or at least limit their consumption.

Avoid anything that can trigger stuttering. Noisy events, strenuous activities, watching emotionally charged movies and programs, and tense family relationships can all contribute to stuttering. If such phenomena are firmly established in the life of a stutter, then it will be impossible to cope with the disease.

Take a walk in the fresh air. Slow walks combined with even and smooth breathing will help to relax the speech organs and restore its fluency and pace. Ideally, you should take a daily walk before bed to improve its quality at the same time.

Avoid physical activity. Running, active team play and competition should be taboo for the stutter. It is best to find a suitable alternative that will not adversely affect speech and breathing.
