For example, a healthy lifestyle in the most general terms may contain steps such as getting rid of bad habits, daily regimen, proper nutrition, exercise, and the last position is broken down into a specific exercise schedule.

Motivate yourself. To achieve results in working on yourself, you need a nudging start. Motivation works as a driving force: it encourages you to start taking care of yourself, gives determination, stimulates enthusiasm, energizes, helps to overcome difficulties and ultimately allows you to achieve your goal. There are many ways to motivate yourself, from simple daily affirmations and casual rest, to focusing on the end result and making a list of accomplishments.

Work on yourself. After all the preparations, planning and motivation, you can proceed to immediate action. Prioritize and decide what you will do first. Do not be sprayed: work in each direction only after you have finished with the previous one, that is, do not try to simultaneously learn a foreign language, speed reading, Latin American dancing, swimming and driving. In a separate category, highlight those areas in which improvements should become a habit, for example, everyday life, appearance, health - they can and should be competently combined with diverse goals, but do not charge yourself more than you can do.
