Step 3
Turn off the alarm only after you completely banish the fog of sleep from your consciousness. You cannot turn it off, while continuing to lie in bed, you need to sit up straight or stand up, straightening your back, but not straining your body muscles too much, calmly and carefully press the button that stops the signal. If the sounds of one alarm clock annoy you too much, you need to try to buy an alarm clock that does not cause negative emotions and does not cause stress.
