Try to breathe this way for at least 5 minutes at the beginning of your practice. Over time, after two weeks of daily training, the pranayama time can be increased by another 5 minutes, brought to 10 minutes, etc. I do not recommend practicing pranayama for more than 30 minutes a day, otherwise excess energy can harm health if this energy is not directed to its intended purpose. It is the experience of this state of love that we need, it is very important not only to say this word to ourselves and imagine how love surrounds us, but it is also important to try to feel this state, to experience it with the whole body.
