Almost everyone uses the Internet and almost everyone has social media. It's hard to deny yourself the news and email checking. Of course, it seems to you that you can spend no more than 5 minutes on this, but in the end you stay there for several hours. As a result, stay up late.

Go to bed on time. Thus, you will wake up vigorous and you do not need to waste time waking up.

Stop boring and meaningless conversations when you have urgent business. Do not be afraid to offend the interlocutor, because your reason is valid.
