As the little fidget grows up in the family, parents increasingly clutch their heads. If the child is not interested in games that require attention in time, an adult fidget will grow out of him. If you can still try to captivate children with bright objects or an instructive fairy tale, then "adult" restlessness is eliminated on its own.

Instructions

Step 1

Children tend to switch from one subject to another, because every minute they develop and learn about their surroundings. As they grow up, the child either becomes interested in some business, or the parents try to keep him in place for at least five minutes. If you have a restless kid, try to "infect" him with some hobby: play competitive games, talk, cook together or iron things - the main thing to show the wonders of acting is to involve him in the process.

Step 2

If the child himself is interested in some "sedentary" activity, try not to distract him, otherwise he will instantly switch to you. Has the child asked you to do something with him? Do not refuse in any way. Collect a designer with him, read together, act out scenes, practice spelling, drawing letters. It's even better if you do something first. For example, draw a horse yourself, and then ask your son or daughter to draw it too.

Step 3

Encourage the child if he was not only able to sit in one place, but did his homework, put away toys after him, and fiddled with his younger brother or sister. But do not reassure him in advance: "If you read this story, I will give you a chocolate bar." Promises will confuse him, and the child will fluently read the same fairy tale, without memorizing it, just to get something sweet.

Step 4

Adults, on the other hand, are able to realize that, for example, working on a project every three hours every day is necessary to bring it to life and receive a reward. This means that adults need to think more about the result, tune in to achieve the goal, in order to force themselves to sit down and get busy. And the praise for adults has not yet been canceled. If your loved one sits for a long time at the same activity, do not miss a minute to mark his perseverance with a word or a small surprise.
