Sit in a state of complete relaxation, and if there is a sofa, take a nap after setting the alarm. The main thing is that no one bothers you in this short time.

New impressions will definitely affect your condition and give you strength, and with them energy and ideas will appear. Master any kind of sport you enjoy and do it regularly, in addition, do not forget about daily morning exercises and an invigorating shower.
