You need to divide the steps so that each of the items on the list corresponds to a simple action that can be performed continuously for 1-2 hours. In addition to the fact that this technique splits a complex task into several simple ones, it also performs an important psychological task in self-motivation. Namely, the specification of the goal. It is known that the human brain does not perceive abstract tasks, so drawing up a plan will help you get closer to fulfilling your plans faster.

Set a due date for each item on the list of tasks. Compliance with this technique is mandatory, since without an established time frame, the case will be constantly postponed until later.
