The possession of willpower is one of the main traits of the human character. A person with developed willpower is capable of implementing plans. Gathering will means directing yourself to actions that you don't really want to perform. This is serious work, and not everyone is capable of it without some effort.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, give up the habits that are harmful in your opinion, which irritate you in yourself. For example, the habit of scattering things around the apartment or leaving unwashed dishes behind. You still have to clean up the mess and still feel a sense of dissatisfaction with yourself.
Start collecting will, i.e. develop willpower in yourself gradually. Do not force yourself to constantly do what you absolutely do not want. Human psychology is arranged in such a way that people can rebuild their habits in a dosage mode. Otherwise, you run the risk of getting a directly opposite option, when forcing yourself to do even a simple action becomes hard work.
Set yourself such tasks for which you will need to gather the will "into a fist." Easy tasks won't do the trick. For example, if you are not a chocolate lover, it will not be difficult for you to refuse it.
Step 2
Develop willpower on a daily basis and purposefully. Choose a set of tasks required for such workouts and do not skip classes. Do not start training your will in serious life situations, it is better with ordinary living conditions. For example, if you force yourself to go hiking, start with a regular shopping trip or visit. And if you, in the process of developing the habit of walking, went to work and were late - you probably won't want to repeat it again.
Step 3
Constantly train your will in order to walk confidently through life and achieve any results. Human will is like a muscle, it gets stronger from constant training. The more you can train your will, the easier it will be for you to cope with any task in life.
