Write down everything that worries you on a piece of paper, set out your thoughts in the form of diagrams, and try to calmly analyze the situation. Find the causes and effects, find out what is connected with your psychological state. You will see, it will become much easier for you.

If you cannot calm down, use the old method of achieving psychological balance - meditation. Sit comfortably, concentrate on feeling calm. Try to banish all thoughts from your head, achieve absolute silence, both external and internal. Watch your breathing: it should be measured, even.

Take a short walk. Walk slowly through the park. To keep your feelings from bothering you, consider counting steps or memorizing the faces of passers-by. Remember that the main thing is to get distracted, stop thinking about problems.
