Quit bad habits. Keep yourself busy with something exciting for you, whether it be cross-stitching or playing sports. Master a new job. Take care of your figure, appearance. Make new acquaintances with interesting people, communication with whom will only benefit you. Train yourself to be active and redefine your life interests.

Think only positively, try to drive away all negative thoughts and bad emotions from yourself. Remember that depression is only temporary, life goes on and everything will change for the better.
