Each of us was faced with a state when we do not want to do absolutely anything, the whole world seemed to be frozen - and we are together with it. But life around us for some reason continues to boil, and we are still lying on the couch. Or we sit on the Internet, browsing a bunch of unnecessary sites three times until we start recognizing banner ads.

Step 1
First of all, you need to determine what exactly your laziness is. Maybe it's just fatigue and the body needs a break for a couple of hours. If laziness arose not from physical overload, then the matter is much more serious and it is worth taking up the solution of the problem immediately.
Step 2
So, do you feel that you are tired of everything, you don't want to go anywhere and do things that are important and not so much? Start by addressing the primary issues. Of course you are too lazy. Therefore, take a pen and paper, and write down in detail everything that you should have done in the past few days of hibernation. Sometimes the list introduces people into a stormy state of activity in connection with the awareness of the scale of the loss. If you are not one of those, then do the following.
Step 3
Get up off the couch at last and just start. Reach out for the sweater lying on the floor for the third day, make the call that has been expected from you for a couple of days, send the same letter that you promised to send last week. This method of dealing with laziness is simple - the main thing is to start, and then the matter will go by inertia and you will slowly enter your usual rhythm.
Step 4
Did not help? Get motivated. First, find a reason to get up, then leave the house, then complete a task or action. If a person sees the meaning and concrete benefit for himself, then it is much easier to get out of the "lazy" state, because there is something to fight for.
Step 5
Put your body to work. The abused body lying on the sofa is unlikely to agree to activate and immediately forget about the former peace. Therefore, you need to find additional activities to gain energy. This can be yoga, jogging around the house, walking with an active child or, at worst, a dog. Find your own way to have fun while energizing your body for future accomplishments.
Step 6
Make a list of things to do first and post it in a prominent place. A truly childish delight will arise for a couple of seconds each time you cross out or check the box opposite one, or even several items at once.
Step 7
Having defeated laziness, do not relax - it does not sleep. Always set clear tasks for the day or week, develop responsibility, be physically active and then life will not allow you to stop.
