Step 1
Life can be compared to the world's oceans - there are as many different currents in it. You can use convenient opportunities, flexibly building a strategy, or you can always bend your line rigidly, not noticing that sometimes, if you take advantage of the chance that comes up, you can achieve much more. This does not mean at all that you need to go with the flow. It's just that there are simple and complex paths to everything. There is no need to complicate.
Step 2
Experience the joy of living. After all, everyone has only one life, and you shouldn't spend all of it in worries and heavy thoughts. When a moment passes, it cannot be returned, and if you have not experienced the joy and pleasure of life now, you will never catch up. Try to live a more enjoyable life.
Step 3
Be bolder. Everyone makes mistakes. If you want something, then act to get it. Even if you do not do everything right, this path is much better than the option in which you would just sit and wait by the sea for the weather, not approaching the price by a millimeter. Of course, this does not mean that you need to desperately rush into any abyss, not taking into account your capabilities, but if there is a situation in which you need to take a risk, and only the fear of failure stops you, then drop it.
Step 4
Perhaps life seems so difficult to you because you have really taken on an unbearable burden. A person who does not follow his own path, but tries to be what he is not, gets tired much more than someone who does what is close to him. Find your way. It doesn't matter if you made the wrong choice in the past, because you can try to start all over again. If your age or social status does not allow you to radically change your life, then do it gradually. Do what you've always dreamed of, at least for a while. You will experience happiness from the process, and it will change you. It's never too late to improve your life.
Step 5
Smile when you wake up in the morning and dream before going to bed in the evening. Leave some space in your life for a happy occasion. Who knows if you suddenly have some great luck? Do not discard this possibility. The very idea that you need to hope for fortune may seem absurd to you, but it is much worse when people ignore the happy chances that life gives them, because they are not morally ready to accept the gift of fate.
Step 6
If everything in your life is not as smooth as you want, then instead of reveling in melancholy and sad thoughts, think about how to change everything. Don't be limited to dreams here. Make real plans that you start to implement. A rolling stone gathers no moss. And when your life becomes easier, a lighter attitude towards it will come by itself. Don't waste your energy on negative emotions and self-pity.
