A conflict is a dispute between two parties, each of which considers itself to be right. Lack of compromise or the inability to come to it is the most common cause of conflict. There are several ways you can overcome the conflict.

Step 1

The conflict can be prevented, that is, if it is already known in advance that your dispute will turn into a conflict, then you should stop. Do not listen to hurtful words that, in your hearts, the opposite side throws. Stop the argument abruptly and start agreeing with your opponent about everything. Are you bad at cooking? Yes, that's right. Are you unworthy of such a spouse? Yes, you are generally very lucky in life that you grabbed such a diamond. Respond to these reproaches in a kind, friendly way, without trying to offend the other side. So the conflict will subside by itself, because there will be no one to "stir up" it.

Step 2

In conflict, do not try to focus on the weaknesses of your opponent. Do not neglect opposing opinions simply because they differ from your opinion. Listen calmly to someone else's point of view and do not interrupt. So you give the opportunity to speak out to your interlocutor and, possibly, learn valuable information for yourself. Also ask your opponent to back up his words with facts. Such a conversation will be objective. Also ask him to formulate specifically what result he wants to get as a result of the conflict situation. It will not be superfluous to repeat after the interlocutor his own words before answering his question. Be wise, and if you feel that your opponent is right, then sincerely apologize to him. Perhaps he only expects this from you.

Step 3

It is prudent to write your complaints against each other on paper. In the heat of emotion and passion, words spoken aloud can be interpreted differently. On paper, everything is clear and understandable. It is also most convenient to outline the final agreement that you came to as a result of a dispute. Hang the synopsis in a prominent place, and in case of non-fulfillment of any point of one of the conflicting parties, it will be possible to clearly prove it.
