Anyone can change their lives, but this will require drawing up a work plan and sticking to it unswervingly. First you need to understand what does not suit you in the present, create an image of an ideal future, and then just go to it at your own pace.
Instructions
Step 1
Life consists of different areas: work, relationships in a couple, relationships with children, money, friends, spiritual development, hobbies and more. Each will have their own list. You need to understand what needs to be left as before, and what needs to be changed. Give each item that you come up with a score from 1 to 10 points. Where the figure is less than 8, you will need to work.
Step 2
Think about what needs to change in each area for you to score 9-10 points. What should be the salary, what the relationship should be, what should pass away, and what will be added. It is from these statements that the development plan is to be built. List each one on a separate sheet of paper. The inscription should be at the top of the sheet. It is better to write in the present tense and as if it has already happened. For example, my relationship with my son improved, my salary doubled, and I got a new position.
Step 3
Under each desire for change, write what you can do to achieve it. Come up with as many points as possible, do not limit yourself. Even though some may seem unreal, it doesn't matter, the main thing is to turn on imagination. Think about what you can create for your family, for your hobby, to improve your job or change it, to increase wealth or improve your health.
Step 4
When the lists are ready, you need to collect them into one big plan. Determine which of your plans is the most important. You need to prioritize. Something needs to be implemented faster, something will wait. It is important to understand that some actions can be performed in parallel, but it will not be possible to tackle everything at once.
Step 5
With the understanding that it is more important, make a list - where I am going and what I will do for this. Each point of the goal must have a date when it will be realized. Without time, fulfillment is just a desire, but with numbers like this, it's a specific goal. The list should be painted in detail, decorated with different colors and hung in a conspicuous place. Now this is a ready-made plan for life.
Step 6
But making a plan and executing it are two different tasks. It is necessary every day to approach what was written, re-read and carry out what was conceived. Take this at least a few minutes a day. Try not to ignore the points, but follow them. The result will depend on your persistence. When the first date comes up, check the box if the item is completed or minus if not yet ready. Completed successful stages will stimulate you to new achievements. If you did not have time by the specified date, correct it, give more time, because at first it is difficult to calculate the speed of incarnation.
