The path to your goal must be divided into stages. Once you've identified your tasks, don't forget to include deadlines. For example, a promotion will take place in 1.5 years. For this to happen, it is necessary to master such and such skills, fulfill the plan for a certain number of months, and also learn how to interact with such and such people. Of course, life can make some adjustments, but it is important to set goals, and the speed can be slightly changed.

When you have a plan for several years ahead, start making plans for the month. What needs to be done in a specific period of time to achieve the goal that was created for 1-2 years? Break down big goals into smaller ones. It is convenient to do not only a schedule for a month, but also for a week, and for every day. And it is important to remember that even every hour is an investment in the maximum goal that you have set.
Step 6
Making a plan and following it are two different things. This method works only when all these points are fulfilled. What is a plan in a person's life for? To be able to prioritize; to understand what helps the development and fulfillment of dreams, and what only distracts and leads away.
