The world would be perfect if everything in life went according to plan, smoothly. But this does not happen, life crises can occur in the fate of each person, which entail the destruction of some part of his life. This can be the loss of a loved one, dismissal from work, serious health problems. And then a person is seized by fear for the future, the familiar world begins to crumble.

Instructions

Step 1

You must clearly understand that your life does not end in crisis, no matter how hard you take. Truly happy is the person living for today. However, he does not look back and looks one step forward. Live now and here, do not blame yourself for past misfortunes.

Step 2

Understand that a crisis does not come by accident. People, not knowing this truth, often live, not noticing nothing around. Their life is stable, measured. But suddenly something starts to go wrong as planned. Life itself began to give signals that serve as the beginning of the crisis. But a person either does not attach importance to them, or simply does not notice them. Be sure to practice the skill of quickly responding to signals of an impending crisis. For example, if you often quarrel with your spouse, take the time and have a heart-to-heart talk. Together, find the causes of the quarrels and outline ways to eliminate them. Do not ignore your problems and do not wait for your spouse to pack and leave you. Despite the high employment and absolute enthusiasm for a certain activity, learn to allocate time for each area and minimize the moment of the onset of the crisis.

Step 3

Pay attention to the positives. For example, in your life there are loved ones with whom you had to part, which you regret every minute. Know that the best thing in this situation is to remember all the good things that happened between you. Of course, at first it will hurt you that this person is not around. But memories can broaden the boundaries of past relationships that don't let you go, and look at them without idealization. By accepting everything that was in your relationship, you let it go and open your heart to new relationships. Otherwise, the past will hurt you. To make adjustments after a breakup easier, spend time with the people you like best.

Step 4

Think about your true goals in life and revise them as necessary. In this case, there may be false goals (imposed by friends, society, parents) or no goals at all. Living by the goals of other people, a person realizes this over time. Depression sets in and the realization that time is wasted. We often do what we don't want to do, although every potential change carries with it not danger, but new opportunities. And the absence of a goal leads to the fact that a person is chaotically floating with the flow of life. And if you do not want to be like an amorphous person, then you need a goal. Be clear about your goals. This will be a key factor in the fight against the impending crisis.

Step 5

Get the support of loved ones. It is not necessary to have many friends, it is enough that there is at least one who is ready to support you in difficult times. And most importantly, be prepared to give your time and energy for the sake of a friend, without asking for anything in return.

Step 6

Start developing volitional qualities. No crisis will cope with you if you are psychologically prepared for its arrival. Develop such qualities as perseverance in achieving goals, the ability to find alternative solutions, stress resistance. The problem for many people is that at the first distress signal they give themselves up to the torn apart of a crisis. And those people who give him a fight and want to come out of it as winners are able to achieve good results in life. The one who does not give up will win.

Step 7

Be yourself. Sometimes people call a crisis the inability to achieve a goal that a relative or friend was able to do. They are so eager to be like others that they completely forget about their originality and uniqueness.
