Dreaminess to one degree or another is inherent in almost all people. However, not everyone succeeds in making such dreams come true. Someone achieves goal after goal, while the other has not yet managed to translate any of his dreams into the plane of reality. However, the realization of desires will be much easier if you use one of the most effective methods - materialization.

To make a dream come true, you need to clearly imagine it

Imagine what you want

It turns out that in order for some dream to grow into reality, first you just need to imagine it. It is not enough just to recognize the existence of a specific goal - it should be clothed in specific words and forms. First of all, it is necessary to clearly formulate (at least for oneself) what the soul is striving for exactly. Moreover, this should be the desire of this particular person, coming from his heart, and not the whim of someone from his environment. Alien, brought from outside dreams during incarnation, as a rule, do not bring the slightest joy.

In addition to the specific formulation of the desire (and without any "maybe" or "it would be nice"), it is not a sin to write it down on paper, for example, in a personal diary, or just say it loudly or even shout it out. Thus, a person will announce to the world around him - and to himself personally - about the seriousness of his own intentions and about his purposefulness.

Another element of materialization is a mental representation of the object of desires or some event to which a person aspires. The dream should be visualized in your mind as detailed as possible, with the maximum drawing of small elements. It is necessary to connect to the creation of such an image most of the senses, feeling all the smells and sounds associated with a dream, seeing a three-dimensional image full of life. In a word, not just imagine, but mentally be there, in this picture of happiness.

Having presented in this way the material embodiment of one's own desire, one must then let go of it. In other words, higher forces should be connected to its execution. For example, an appropriate prayer (which should be done regularly) will help a believer in this.

Factors working to achieve goals

However, no tricky psychological practices will be effective without creating the appropriate conditions under which it will be easier for the desire to be embodied. Above all, clear action is important. A person can engage in materialization and visualization as much as he wants, but if he does not take concrete steps to achieve the cherished goals, they will most likely remain in the world of dreams, without turning into reality.

In each case, the plan of action will be different. For example, if a person dreams of moving to another country, he should not even start by purchasing tickets, obtaining visas or looking for housing and work where he wants to emigrate. This will be later, when the goal gets closer. It is better to first attend to the study of the language and customs of the peoples of the country of your dreams. Anyone who wants to get a prestigious car, first, you need to at least get a license. Without driving skills, any car will be useless.

In addition, his own willingness to accept what he wants into his life plays into the hands of a person in materializing a dream. He must begin to think as if the goal has already been achieved, increasingly imagining such an outcome, and in every detail. He should prepare to the maximum (including acquiring the necessary skills) for the situation, role, place where he longs to be.

Meanwhile, it may also happen that any attempt to realize a specific dream will crash against all sorts of obstacles. Here, it will be important for anyone to clearly understand: do all these obstacles arise as tests before achieving the goal, or do they mean that higher forces do not contribute at all to the fulfillment of desire? Sometimes nothing comes out for one reason - a person actually does not need what he is dreaming about. This event, object, place or role is not from his life, alien to him. Maybe you should take on another dream?
