Give out what you have. Do not ask for payment in return and do not wait for it. Give to fill the soul with generosity. Tear off the material and immaterial from yourself and let go into this world. A kind soul will be filled with peace and happiness.

Concentrate on a great goal. In their daily worries, people forget about the great path. Extraneous sounds drown out the urge to fly. In the morning, first of all, remember your life purpose. Do this daily to get focus. Aim well to get what you want. The soul will be filled with determination.

Remove anything that poisons the soul. Any sin hinders "breathing." Explore yourself to be cleansed. The soul is able to receive what it needs from the surrounding world: forests, clouds, flowers, wind. For some people, it is as if a cork clogs up the inner sight, so that the soul is not able to fill. This is how sin works. Avoid accumulation of dirt, remove unnecessary.
