Count the points. So, the result of the psychological test for irritability:
46 points or more. You have a complete intolerance for the mistakes of others and a categorical rejection of everything that contradicts your views, manners, habits. Of course, our reality often causes discontent and irritation. But getting turned on for any reason is more expensive for yourself. In the end, you destroy your nervous system, and from this it will only be worse for you and your loved ones.
45-35 points. Intolerance is one of your character traits, but it manifests itself in a rather restrained form. You are not making a scandal for any reason. You think you can always make a diplomatic move. For example, if you do not like the expressions, tone, familiarity of the interlocutor, you will interrupt the conversation under a plausible pretext. But if someone allows you to go beyond all the boundaries of correctness, then you are talking about it publicly and quite categorically.
34-20 points. You are annoyed and rejected by boorish actions. You know how to say this without hiding, but you also do not make a universal drama out of human imperfection. You understand that an explosion of emotions still does not re-educate the ignorant, that it is extremely difficult to instill good manners and a sense of tact in an adult - this should be done in kindergarten. You will not turn the other cheek after a slap in the face and will be able to stand up for yourself.
19 or less points. You are either a person with iron nerves, and you should be envied, or an extremely calm and phlegmatic person and know how not to react to all sorts of excesses. The main thing is that your position of an outside observer does not develop into the category of complete indifference, indifference to everything and everyone.
