For some, the expression "spiritual emptiness" is nothing more than a beautiful phrase meaning banal doing nothing, or rather, the state of "nothing to do". This is partly true, but the problem is actually deeper. The state of emptiness in the soul is connected, as a rule, with the loss of something or someone important in life, when it becomes completely clear that this will no longer be in his life. It’s bad, and the void needs to be filled urgently.
There are 6 things that guarantee filling the spiritual void:
1. Start watching a TV show or reading a book. All this is addictive, because the course of events is interesting. And having overcome one creation, you can take on another. The soul is full!
2. Visit karaoke. Stress removes at the expense of "times", and in terms of dating - what the hell is not kidding ?!
3. Purchase a cute kitten, dog or other living creature. A person sticks to a cute creature with a soul and voila! It is full.
4. Choose an occupation that involves motivation for the result. Freelance, harmless gambling in a company, or even network marketing. It will not work - and it is not necessary. The main thing is to look for yourself in something fundamentally new. But focus on results is a prerequisite. After all, this is the meaning, namely, it is the main spiritual filler.
5. Communication on the forum. Yes, the Internet is addictive and, yes, it's not the most rewarding pastime. But it is there that you can find the same poor fellows with devastated souls and speculate together, even about the same spiritual emptiness, and fill it mutually.
6. Just go to bed. Seriously. The morning is wiser than the evening.
The main thing is to want to fill this very emptiness, and not to declare pathetically: "I have such an emptiness in my soul!" Something suggests that this is a public game.
