Sometimes life seems insipid, boring and hopeless. In our view, hopelessness is monotony, when we do not see any changes in perspective. A dull life seems to be because we do not experience vivid emotions, but boring - since leisure is not filled with activities that can captivate us to self-forgetfulness. In this state, we see the whole world as gray, and ourselves in this world as superfluous.
From such a bleak picture, many fall into despondency, which in the Christian tradition, for example, is considered a sin, since in this way a person voluntarily deprives himself of the joy of being. Meanwhile, the secret of joy lies in the point of view of the environment, or rather, in taking a close look at our own life and shifting attention from what we do not have to what we have. Where can you find joy in everyday life? Treat yourself to something tasty. This can be, for example, a glass of delicious wine, which should not be drunk in one gulp, but savor from the heart, enjoying the taste and nuances. Or a cup of aromatic coffee, the smell and taste of which will give you a feeling of comfort. Any tasty dish can help you feel a little joy of being - from freshly boiled borscht to a salad of fresh vegetables seasoned with pleasantly smelling sunflower oil or sour cream. The main thing is that the prepared dish is fresh and in the process of cooking you think about something good, without "chewing" annoying problems, resentments and complaints in your mind.
Smells can deliver a lot of positive feelings - from freshly cut flowers to vanilla aromas from baked goods, from coffee grinding to your favorite perfume. Do not skimp on fragrant hygiene products, and then morning procedures will bring you a positive charge for the whole day.
Revise your wardrobe. Maybe you should replenish it with a comfortable, skin-friendly, new outfit made of soft natural fabrics? A new outfit can be ordinary home clothes - the main thing is that it is comfortable and comfortable for the skin. Go to bed with a fresh bed, the smell of clean, washed and ironed linen will bring you pleasure and good sleep. Enjoy your vacation without thinking about what you have not completed, what are your plans for tomorrow and what problems await you.
Get a few things that you enjoy looking at. It can be a souvenir, a flower vase, a stylish painting, a cute keychain, an elegant pen, a beautiful notebook. Don't skimp on things that can cheer you up. Flip through beautiful art albums, take yourself for a walk in a picturesque place.
