Such people, as a rule, position themselves as "I'm good for everyone." Due to this, they only accumulate anger in themselves, since they keep everything inside themselves.

Start expressing yourself through social networks, through communication on the Internet. Do not be afraid that others will think of you. You need to tactfully defend your position in the conflict, while not using obscene language.

Stay calm. You will not say too much if you have a bright mind and self-control.

Get yourself physically fit. Feeling physical strength in yourself, your fear will automatically disappear when a conflict occurs.

One of the well-performing fear-relieving trainings is the visualization technique.

Stages of its implementation:

1. It is important to consciously look at your fear, understand its nature, find the cause of its occurrence.

2. Having found the source, mentally imagine it on a white big screen, as the core, as the essence of the problem, and around it change the variants of situations, while analyzing where the fear increases.

3. Then mentally ask yourself how you can get rid of this fear.

4. Look for the answer to the question posed, including logic. Let the answer be "drawn" on this imaginary screen.

5. When you understand the cause of the fear (find the answer), then imagine your fear again.

6. Imagine that it decreases with distance from you, turning into a tiny dot. And in the end it will completely disappear.

7. There will be no more fear, only a white screen will remain - your pure consciousness.

8. When you have destroyed your fear with the help of visualization, return to your usual physical state.

9. Take a deep breath and forget about your nonexistent fear.
