At all times, people have tried to learn how to impose their opinion, to influence someone else's point of view, to subordinate to their will. Some have an innate oratory, while others take years to learn the skill of persuasion. There are several basic principles, following which you will be able to impose your opinion and make others listen to you.

Step 1
People are more likely to agree with an attractive and well-groomed person. Subconsciously, people perceive physically attractive people as individuals with positive qualities. Obviously, a handsome person is more likely to be called smart, pleasant and competent in any matter. Therefore, take care of your presentable appearance, ironed suit, polished boots and a flawless haircut.
Step 2
Psychologists note the fact that people are more likely to give preference to someone who is at least somewhat similar to them. It doesn't matter what in common between you and the interlocutor - gender, suit color, hair color, manners, car make or common interests, the main thing is that you inspire confidence in the person by similarity and some kind of commonality.
Step 3
Be generous with praise and compliments. Nothing disposes and subdues like gratitude for a kind word. However, don't go too far - it should be a compliment, not flattery. If your interlocutor comes to a meeting unkempt or sleepy, do not praise his blooming appearance. The person must really evoke sympathy, and then the praise will be quite sincere. If you think that there is nothing to praise, just compliment the name.
Step 4
To impose your opinion, you need to take care of your own authority. People, and even more so the crowd, tend to obey authoritative, strong personalities. This is due to the centuries-old desire of society to follow a strong leader, to obey him. Therefore, subconsciously, people react to a strong-willed person who in every way emphasizes his own authority. It can be a high position, medals, expensive furnishings, or simply respectful attitude of colleagues.
Step 5
Insecure people can never achieve submission to the will of others. Without inner confidence, all efforts to learn the gift of persuasion will be in vain. Gain confidence and radiate it in everything, and success is guaranteed!
