If you are going to organize a game or plan to implement a project, then you need a close-knit team of like-minded people. Perhaps you are now the informal leader of a certain group of people, and your task is to unite all members of the group in order to achieve the goal together!
Instructions
Step 1
Bring all team members together. Ask them to each of them briefly talk about themselves: education, hobbies, dreams. Perhaps some members of the group will be similar in temperament, which will only have a beneficial effect on the team. After the nodding acquaintance, play the game. Divide your team in two and give them a task - to act out the scene of the presentation of a business solution, for example. This way they will assign roles in their small group themselves, and a discussion of the common task will unite them. Then, announce to the teams to team up and showcase the best moments they love from their performances. The condition of a stressful situation, tight deadlines for thinking about an idea will surely unite the team.
Step 2
Spend a day off with the whole team, for example, organize a picnic. Plan your entertainment program ahead of time. These can be fitness challenges, a ball game, a twister, or more relaxed entertainment like card games. An intellectual game similar to the well-known program "What? Where? When?" Will unite the team well. You will be the judge and moderator, and you have to prepare questions for your “players”. The questions should be related to their professional activities. To make it interesting for the participants to play, take care of a good prize for them.
Step 3
Put your team members to the test of trust and endurance. For this, a sporting event is suitable, such as, for example: fit all team members on a delineated square (meter by meter) of land. They should hug each other and lift someone in their arms. Thus, all team members will feel each other tactilely.
Step 4
Ask team members to portray their colleagues. So, alternately, portraying each other, the team members get to know each other better and quickly open up in the team.
