At work or in a relationship, those who like to command their obsessive behavior and their inability to accept change can undermine any situation. Dealing with a dictator begins with knowing and recognizing such people before things get out of hand.
1. Those who like to command have great difficulties when it comes to the need to delegate tasks. they sincerely believe that no one can do a better job than they. This is the position "If you want something to be done well, do it yourself." A person who is constantly overworked despite being able to ask for help is most likely a dictator.
2. For some fans of command, it is not enough just a completed task, they need it to be completed perfectly. Perfectionism is an eloquent sign of a dictator who needs everything in his life to be done as he says, because this is the best way.
3. It is vitally important for a dictator that everything is done as he demands, because if you do it differently, an indescribable catastrophe will occur, and this will mean that the job is done wrong. Such exaggeration is a sign of a dictator who believes that the end of the world will come if things are not done right.
4. Being right is more important than being fair. In a dispute, the dictator does not think about the fairness of the situation if someone's feelings are hurt. For him, the most important thing is to be right, and so that the situation is resolved the way he wants it.
5. Dictators tend to put themselves in a rigid framework, in their lives there is no place for spontaneity or adaptation. They need order in order to exist, and spontaneity breaks that order. If something fits into the box, it is not considered an option.
