Which of us did not want to be able to read the thoughts of another in order to reveal his secrets, plans, to foresee his behavior. Although there is no absolutely reliable method that will guarantee the result of reading other people's thoughts with 100 percent accuracy, there are several effective signs that will help you guess what the other person is thinking.

Instructions

Step 1

Language of the body. Read the person's body language. Movement of arms, legs, head can clearly indicate what the interlocutor is thinking. For example, during negotiations, if a person's legs are directed towards the door, then he most likely wants to leave the room as soon as possible. Or another example: if a person stands in front of you with their arms folded across their chest, this means that they are less receptive to your suggestions. The gesture of covering the face with the hand takes on the same meaning.

Step 2

Eye movements. The eyes allow you to easily penetrate the thoughts of a person. Usually, when a person tries to come up with something on the go, he looks up to the left. The same eye movements are characteristic of a person who is in deep thought lying on the couch. If the interlocutor tries to remember the image, he will also roll his eyes up, but this time to the right. While these eye movements are a reasonably effective way to read a person's mind, don't treat it as an absolute instruction.

Step 3

Watch your voice. The most easily readable key to someone else's thoughts. This key is easy to pick up if you know the person well enough. The slightest change in tone and intonation gives you an idea of what the other person means. If the person is a complete stranger to you, rely on your intuition when listening to him. There may be many people around who have studied the stranger better than you, then you get the opportunity to judge the person by the reactions of other people. For example, those around him laugh at his statements, then shake it off: his words may turn out to be only partially true.

Step 4

Combine and constantly practice all of the above methods. Over time, you will become an expert at reading other people's thoughts. You will have to make a lot of effort at the initial stage, but with constant practice these skills will improve and allow you to easily find out the secrets of other people!
