The word "crisis" is most often understood as either a turning point in a person's life, or a very difficult age period. Psychologists believe that crises are necessary for the normal full development of the individual. They allow you to revise your system of values and priorities. Someone goes through a difficult period imperceptibly and without problems, while others go through a difficult time with emotional and physical pain. The age of thirty is considered an important age stage.
Instructions
Step 1
At this age, people usually change their profession, which they have long dreamed of. Someone gets a second higher education. Someone finally decides, despite the opinions of others, to be creative.
Step 2
Psychologists believe that the passion for various spiritual practices falls precisely after thirty years. And it’s not just that. It is at this age that a person understands and realizes his desires, goals and makes an attempt to fulfill them. Nowadays it is easy to find an interesting activity to which you can devote your free time from work, for example, yoga, fitness, aerobics, walking. When giving preference to an occupation, one should take into account the financial situation, health status and opportunities.
Step 3
The mid-life crisis is also called the "point of doubt." It is after thirty that a person tends to doubt himself. During this period, a strong sense of nostalgia arises. It may seem to people that if circumstances had turned out differently, life would be happier.
Step 4
Men, as a rule, prefer active physical activities as a hobby, for example, training in the gym, fishing with friends, hunting on a weekend in the forest. Sometimes they get tired and instead of active rest they prefer a passive one, for example, computer games, car repair in the garage.
Step 5
Women, unlike men, are more emotional and vulnerable. They are curious and broaden their horizons by acquiring interesting courses, such as the history of fashion or cinema. There is a category of women who enjoy doing handicrafts at their leisure, for example, crocheting or knitting, embroidery with colored threads or beads.
Step 6
In any age crisis, the most important thing is faith and the desire to go through it with dignity, opening up new opportunities in life.
