Advantages are qualities that we consider to be positive. They attract us to people. Dignity is a concept that simultaneously unites all people, since each person has certain qualities, and divides them into certain categories.

Step 1

Each person can have a lot of merits. For example, a man is outwardly handsome, kind, neat, loves pets. And many people are very attracted to these qualities. But it may also have disadvantages that overshadow all of the listed advantages. And with a close acquaintance with this man, people begin to understand that it is difficult for them to communicate with this person.

Step 2

Dignity is a rather vague concept. For example, one person may consider ambition to be a virtue, while another person, on the contrary, strongly dislikes this quality. And over time, a certain dignity in a person, which was initially liked, may later turn out to be a disadvantage, and vice versa.

Step 3

Why do people need to develop their virtues? How do these qualities help in life? For example, when hiring any job seeker is assessed according to one or another parameter. At such moments, a person tries to show all his merits, which will directly affect the assessment of his employer from a positive side. Usually companies require that the applicant has the following qualities: sociability, the presence of a certain education, knowledge of the PC, the absence of bad habits, etc. People with these qualities have every chance of meeting the requirements of the employer.

Step 4

Thus, dignity helps anyone to get a job, choose a wife (husband), communicate with other people. It is the dignity that helps to attribute a person to a particular social group. For example, an ordinary class in a school is divided on average into 2 - 3 subgroups: excellent students - smart, well-read children; good students - guys who show a noticeable interest in learning, but they lack the perseverance of excellent students; C-students are children who are usually pulled out by teachers so that they do not stay for the second year. According to the level of sociability, the class can also be divided into children who easily find a common language with their interlocutors, and shy children who have little interaction with others.

Step 5

Merits help a person to interact with the people around him and to build his life properly. Do not try to eradicate flaws in yourself, focus on developing strengths.
