Its level is influenced by many factors: financial situation, social circle, appearance, mental and physical abilities. Basically, people with low self-esteem are very squeezed and notorious, it is difficult for them to prove themselves and achieve something in life.
Nowadays, there is a mass of information that promises everyone to increase self-esteem - these are a variety of books, audio and video recordings, seminars and much more. But the problem is that most of the people with this problem simply do not want to change, because they are too afraid of ridicule in their address or do not want to stand out from the crowd.
But in order to become a confident person in yourself and your abilities, you just need to really look at things. First, take a blank sheet of paper and a pen, divide the page into 4 sections.
At the top, write:
1. My dignity.
2. My faults.
Down below:
3. What goals can I really achieve thanks to them?
4. People with the same disabilities who, despite them, were able to achieve high results.
After you write everything down (just fill in everything objectively) draw conclusions for yourself. What are your advantages, what are you good at and what you want to learn. Also, find yourself an interesting hobby, it is desirable that in the future, in addition to pleasure, it also brings profit. But most importantly, start loving and appreciating yourself, and then people will treat you exactly as much as you deserve it. As a result, you will not even think that you are not like that.
