To protect themselves from envious people, many use one of three ways: to become invisible and not attract their attention, to behave defiantly and to spite them, brag about their achievements or simply not pay attention to them. But they may not always be effective, try to protect yourself in another way - with modesty.

Do not be secretive, but know the extent of your frankness. You should not flaunt your personal happiness and material well-being. Do not share with strangers the details of your happy life, do not tell them about how successful you are at work. When talking about a success, emphasize that it is relative and transitory.

Trying to avoid envy, do not go to the other extreme - there is no need to complain about life and complain about the fact that it spoils you a little. Words are material, and even if you don't think so at all, life can change for the worse. Do not hide your attractiveness behind baggy outfits and lack of makeup, but do not bulge it, dressing for work catchy and defiant.

The best way to avoid the jealousy of your colleagues is to always behave in a level, benevolent manner. Be polite and friendly, do not take part in squabbles and gossip, stay away from those who sow them. Do not enter into a discussion and do not judge anyone for the eyes, do not flatter others, but have your opinion and do not be afraid to express it. Do so to be heard, but always be careful not to offend anyone with your words.

Admit your flaws, it always makes people around you sympathetic, and they begin to treat you better. If circumstances so require, do not stick out and try to keep quiet. Your merits, noticed by others, will not cause such envy as those about which you yourself will speak. You should not confuse humility with servility, and not subservience to anyone.

It is not for nothing that they say that modesty beautifies. A modest person always remains himself, since he perfectly knows the value of external well-being. Even envious people understand that true values are dear to him, which others simply do not notice in the pursuit of wealth, power and success. Modesty is that invisible shield that will protect you from any negativity and envy.
