Step 1
Try sports. Remove from your daily routine (if, of course, there is one) all unnecessary items like "play a computer game" (mainly for the stronger sex) or "repaint your nails again" (mainly for the fair sex). Get out into the fresh air, put headphones with your favorite music in your ears and run wherever you look. You need to increase your running speed and distance gradually so that your body does not overwork. Physical activity is necessary for the brain to work better, paradoxically.

Change your life drastically. If you think that some kind of nonsense has settled in your head, from which your brains need to be cleared, then most likely it came from somewhere outside. Get up early, take a cold shower and think with a fresh mind what it could be: your environment, your studies, your job, apartment, remnants of youth? When you identify the alleged sources of evil, try to remove them from yourself, isolate them for a while. Maybe you just worked hard or drank too much while sitting in your apartment. The hardest part will be with the environment. You cannot give up people so quickly, you cannot turn away so easily; try to soften this process as much as possible and in no case abandon people altogether. They are, after all, your friends.

Often, nonsense is associated with complexes. So, sometimes you want to brainwash girls who are too scrupulous about their appearance or, on the contrary, do not pay attention to it at all. In the first case, there will be fear to appear in public "out of shape", in the other - an unhealthy indifference and a free attitude towards one's own person. Both the one and the other nonsense can be knocked out by going to a professional stylist, psychologist, or simply by making new friends who think differently, or by gaining new knowledge that will allow you to look at long-familiar things from the other side.

You can also knock the crap out of your head with cultural enrichment. Here you have to start from what kind of nonsense stuck in your brain. If you don't know yourself, conduct a sociological survey among relatives and friends. Start building your brain-cleansing strategy: read more books like you've never even opened before; watch other films, expand your circle of acquaintances, find yourself new hobbies that will help you distract. Much depends on your willpower: a habit, as they say, is second nature, and it will be very difficult to get rid of it, replacing it with a new one.

Although you want to brainwash yourself, you can hardly do without the help of your neighbor.
