An insecure person misses many opportunities in life. And for many years he regrets the timidity shown once. It is a pity for a person who is not in his place and does not his own business - only because he has not overcome the barrier of uncertainty. Having started to work on yourself, in a year or two you may not recognize yourself at all. And life will change completely.
Instructions
Step 1
Read books about heroes. Let them be heroes of another time, who strove to work in mines, to raise a pioneer organization. It is not important for you whether their ideas are relevant now. Read to absorb the spirit of heroism and to think differently. And you can apply their way of thinking to modern affairs.
Step 2
Work with the past. List everything you've done well. Your list should include at least 100 items. Remember what subjects were good at school. In which circle you were praised. In which class did you throw an artificial grenade farthest in physical education? When they helped the old woman cross the street. Remember different little things. You did a lot of things well. It's just that in later life someone suggested that you are not doing very well with something. And you believed it. The list will help you remember who you really are.
Step 3
Work with the present. Record victories daily. Chronicle all the little things you do. It turned out delicious scrambled eggs in the morning - mark this. Gradually, you will learn not to scold yourself, but to praise. See not only weaknesses, but also strengths. And your victories will become larger.
Step 4
Work with the future. Set ambitious goals. Strive for more than you can be proud of in an amicable way. Record, record and record. Do this year after year to see progress.
Step 5
Find the circle of the winners. Reach out to your own kind who want to win.
Step 6
Absorb winning habits. Find out how successful people spend their mornings. What they do every night. How they plan their time, what they eat, why they read a lot of books. Make a list of new habits and practice until you master them.
