A person's environment is formed from the very birth. The first people with whom we build permanent and long-term relationships are parents. It is they, not us, who choose the social environment for us in the first years of life: first, a kindergarten, then a school, a section or a circle. But it depends only on us with whom in this environment we will communicate and with whom we will not. This decision is much more important than the living conditions in which we found ourselves not by our will.

Step 1

At an early age, friendship is built on sympathy. If we like someone, we are friends with him, if we don’t like him, we make faces and call them radishes. Over the years, we develop critical thinking, and we judge a person not only on the basis of our own feelings, but also on his merits. For example, a sense of humor, daydreaming, or a tendency to think.

Step 2

On the path to adulthood, common interests become the basis of communication. It often happens that inseparable school friends, having entered different educational institutions, may lose their former connection. This is because each of them has different interests: some have student hangouts, and some have seriously taken up their studies in order to get them for a scholarship. What once connected them is in the past.

Step 3

Study is one thing, work is another. Getting into an unfamiliar team, we are forced to adapt to it, from morning to evening being surrounded by colleagues. There is a need to communicate with people who may be completely uninteresting to us. But this should not affect the working relationship in any way.

Step 4

With the acquisition of life experience, a person acquires connections. This is a kind of relationship when communication with specific people is especially beneficial for us. We create an environment that would fit the "put in a good word for me" category: for career advancement, help in solving financial problems, controversial issues, etc.

Step 5

We communicate with some people because we want to imitate them. We strive to be like someone with an inner attitude: optimism, perseverance or, on the contrary, compliance. Someone imitates the style of dress or manner of speaking. We reach for someone subconsciously, feeling a developed intellect and willpower, or consciously, seeing material well-being. In this case, our environment is shaped by our thoughts. Change your way of thinking and the world around you will change.

Step 6

A radical change in the environment occurs when we completely change the field of activity. For example, as an accountant, we decide to become a private entrepreneur. In the course of repurposing, old acquaintances gradually recede into the background, giving way to new faces. Finding like-minded people in their business is easier for a person to achieve success. And vice versa, being among incomprehensible and indifferent people, it is very difficult to reveal your inner potential.

Step 7

Do not forget that the most devoted environment is our family. No matter how the circle of our communication changes, the family always remains in the center.
