For the first time the definition of the term "charisma" in sociology was given by Max Weber. He described this quality as the ability to lead people and captivate them. It turns out that it is something that makes people think of someone as a leader. But not all charismatic people are such from birth, it is quite possible to learn it.
Instructions
Step 1
Anyone who can seriously interest people in their projects should at least have them. Ideas and goals are what will energize yourself and allow you to energize those around you. You need to be enthusiastic and really good at what you are doing.
Step 2
Look for like-minded people. A charismatic person and a loner not understood by anyone are different people. Those who share your interests are the team with which you will achieve your goals.
Step 3
Be honest. Express your opinion without looking back at authorities. Of course, criticizing something or someone should only be justified - idle talk and senseless attacks will help anyone gain authority.
Step 4
Important qualities of a charismatic person are his oratory and persuasion skills. If you are not able to speak clearly and well in public, then it is worth working on your speech skills. The voice should be low, confident and full-bodied. If you're explaining your idea, don't hesitate or hesitate. Your speech should inspire people, not make them yawn.
Step 5
Be open and fair. If you are mistaken somewhere, then you do not need to hide behind your old beliefs, as if behind a shield, do not hesitate to reconsider your positions. You will be able to defend your innocence only if you yourself are convinced that you are really right.
Step 6
Don't whine or complain. Complaining and lamenting can completely deprive any person of the charm.
Step 7
Be prepared to defend your opinion. You will inevitably face difficulties, this happens to everyone, but, unlike many others, charismatic people are fighters who do not give up, but continue to follow their ideals, no matter what.
Step 8
Do not follow the opinion of the majority, always think with your head. Self-reliance and independence in decision-making and in forming an idea of what is happening are qualities that are necessarily present in a charismatic person.
