In almost all the so-called "books of success" the authors write that their way "up" lay through thousands of obstacles, sleepless nights and risks. In particular, you had to wake up early and plan your day well in advance. Every second is on schedule. At the same time, it was these difficulties that brought them to the top of the career ladder.
After graduation, students ghostly believe that they have found freedom. You don't need to get up at 7 am, run for pairs, take exams and write term papers. Yes, really don't. Now you will wake up at 6, drive to work in traffic jams, work for about eight hours and crawl home tired, and on weekends you will only dream of getting enough sleep. You will also stay at work at the end of the month to clean up your tails.
But if this job becomes your favorite, you will feel like a fish in water. And you will not notice all of the above.
Internal balance
If something bothers you, annoys, infuriates you, then this directly affects your sleep. If the night is hectic and in the morning you will feel like a zombie.
First, understand yourself: take a sheet of paper and conditionally divide it into two parts. In the first column, write down everything that worries and unnerves you the most. Secondly, how can these problems be solved.
Favorite hobby
You have to love what you do. Then the work will be "high" and in the morning you will "fly" on it. Of course, this will contribute to the fact that your efficiency will increase greatly.
Correct mode
You go to bed early - you get up early. Remember this algorithm. If possible, skip coffee or reduce the number of cups to a minimum. Within a few days you will see how your skin condition changes and how easily you fall asleep.
Also arrange for individual “rituals” to prepare for sleep and wake up. You can read a book or flip through an online magazine at night, and drink a glass of lemon water in the morning.
Time-management
Plan your day in the evening, so that while you sleep, your brain processes information and tune in to work.
For example, use the ABC technique: divide your to-do list into three categories. Category "A" - the most important things. Accordingly, category "B" is a high priority level of the task and category "C" is not urgent tasks.
Good morning
When you wake up and have not yet got out of bed, recite the mantra: “Today I will have a wonderful and productive day. I will have time to do everything planned,”or just wish yourself good morning. This is how you “turn on” your brain and tune it to work.
